轻型锂电车电机电池控制器设计

摘要 通过分析轻型锂电车电机控制器和电池管理系统功能模块,设计了一款电机电池一体化控制器。采用STM32作为中央控制模块,实现电机驱动,控制器电流、电压、温度等参数实时感知与处理,过流保护,稳压调压等功能。实验结果表明,稳压调压模块能够为各模块提供稳定供电,驱动并控制三相电机实现高效速度响应,准确地测量温度、电压、电流、速度等参数。控制器工作性能稳定,减少了电子元器件数量,降低了轻型锂电车控制器的物料清单成本。 By analyzing the functional requirements of the light-duty lithium electric vehicle motor controller and battery management system,a motor-battery integrated controller was designed.STM32 was used as the central control module to realize motor drive,real-time perception and processing of controller current,voltage,temperature and other parameters,overcurrent,voltage regulation functions.The experimental results show that the voltage regulating module can provide stable power supply for each module,drive and control the three-phase motor to achieve efficient speed response,and accurately measure the temperature,voltage,current,speed and other parameters.The performance of the controller is stable.The design of the integrated controller reduces the number of electronic components,and reduces the bill of materials cost of the light-duty lithium electric vehicle controller.
