Developing Trends and Implications of International Sci-Tech Journals

分析国际科技期刊的发展趋势,为我国科技期刊的高质量发展提供借鉴。文章基于近年来有关国际科技出版动态与发展趋势研究的会议报告和文献,总结国际科技期刊的发展趋势,包括学术资源聚集与知识服务能力不断提高、新理念不断促进出版创新发展、开放获取的出版与运营模式渐成主流、科研诚信与出版伦理规范建设持续加强等。提出以下启示:加强集群化出版与运营、加强新技术和新方法的运用、坚决防范和惩戒学术不端行为等。

This article analyzes the developing trends of international sci-tech journals to provide reference for the high-quality development of sci-tech journals in China.Based on some recent conference reports and literature on the development of international sci-tech journals,this paper summarizes the developing trends of international scitech journals,including the continuous improvement of academic resource aggregation and knowledge service ability,the continuous promotion of new concepts in publishing innovation,the gradual mainstream of open access publishing and operation modes,and the continuous strengthening of research integrity and publishing ethics.It is suggested that the sci-tech journals in China put efforts in aggregating publishing resources,embracing new technologies and methods,and preventing and punishing academic misconduct.
