福州都市圈生态效率时空分布格局及其影响因素分析

摘要 运用基于非期望产出的超效率SBM模型测算福州都市圈各地区2010-2021年的生态效率及其时空分布格局,分析生态效率损失原因,并构建面板Tobit回归模型探究福州都市圈生态效率的影响因素。结果表明:(1)2010—2021年福州都市圈各地区生态效率整体呈上升趋势,存在显著的空间分布差异,呈“东高西低”的格局。(2)福州都市圈生态效率损失主要是资本、劳动力、能源与水资源投入过量而经济效益产出不足、工业废气等非期望产出过量导致的;此外,经济发展水平、产业结构与城镇化水平会显著促进生态效率的提升,而工业化水平、对外开放水平以及政府支持则对生态效率起负向效应。 The undesired super-efficiency SBM model was employed to assess the ecological efficiency and its temporal and spatial distribution across diverse regions in the Fuzhou Metropolitan Area during the period 2010-2021.This study further examined the reasons behind ecological efficiency loss and developed a panel Tobit regression model to explore the key factors influencing ecological efficiency in the Fuzhou Metropolitan Area.The results showed that:(1)From 2010 to 2021,the ecological efficiency of all regions in Fuzhou Metropolitan Area showed an overall upward trend,and there was a significant spatial distribution difference,showing a pattern of"high in the east and low in the west".(2)The ecological efficiency loss of Fuzhou Metropolitan Area is mainly caused by excessive input of capital,labor,energy and water resources,insufficient output of economic benefits,and excessive output of industrial waste gas.In addition,the level of economic development,industrial structure and urbanization will significantly promote the improvement of ecological efficiency,while the level of industrialization,opening to the outside world and government support have a negative effect on ecological efficiency.
