“手拉手”牵引变电所进线电源备自投方案研究

摘要 传统“手拉手”牵引变电所各所间信息相互独立,其进线备自投存在较多安全隐患,易发生220 kV地方电网在牵引变电所内合环的问题。本文针对该问题,提出应用通信技术和数字化备自投实现“手拉手”相邻两牵引变电所备自投信息互通,并对“手拉手”牵引变电所进线电源备自投方案进行扩展和优化,可有效降低因备自投造成进线电网合环的风险,同时解决了传统“手拉手”牵引变电所备自投对主供、被供运行方式调整后无法相应自动调整的问题,提高了“手拉手”牵引变电所备自投的安全性、可靠性和适应性,缩短了故障处理时间。 The information of traditional“hand-in-hand”traction substations is independent to each other,there are many safety risks in the backup incoming line automatic switch equipment and it is prone to occurrence of a problem that the local power grid of 220 kV will form a closing loop inside the traction substation.With regard to this problem,the paper puts forward that the communication technology and digitalized backup automatic switch shall be applied for realization of exchange of information between backup automatic switches of two neighboring“hand-in-hand”traction substations,and extends and optimizes the schemes for the backup automatic switch of incoming line power source of“hand-in-hand”traction substations.It is able to reduce effectively the risks of forming a closing loop of incoming line power grid caused by the backup automation switch,and at the same time,it solves the problem of backup automatic switch of traditional“hand-in-hand”traction substations being unable to be adjusted automatically after the switching between main power supply mode and backup power supply mode,improves the safety,reliability,and adaptability of backup automatic switch of"hand in hand"traction substation,and shortens the fault handling time.
