简统化接触网零部件防腐方案研究

摘要 “简统化”接触网装备陆续在各项目应用,标志着中国铁路接触网装备自主化进程又向前迈出了一大步。但目前在简统化零部件防腐工艺方面仍不完善,尚无与之匹配的成熟防腐方案。传统的防腐工艺种类繁多,不同项目甚至同一项目的不同区段采用标准并不统一,对零部件制造成本和后期服役性能产生较大影响。我国地域辽阔,环境差异较大,不同的服役环境应采用不同的与之匹配的防腐方案。本文通过对既有零部件服役性能进行研究,对不同形式防腐工艺进行试验,研究统一“简统化”接触网装备的防腐方案,提出适用于不同环境的防腐措施,在考虑经济性的同时延长设备服役寿命,提高接触网装备可靠性,减少运营维护成本。 The application of"simplified and unified"OCS equipment in various projects marks a significant step forward in the process of OCS equipment autonomy of railways in China.However,the anti-corrosion process for simplified and unified fittings is still not complete,and there are no approved matching schemes for the anti-corrosion.There are various types of traditional anti-corrosion processes,and the standards used in different projects or even different sections of the same project are not identical,they will generate great impact on the manufacturing cost and later service performance of the fittings.China has a vast territory and great environmental differences.The anti-corrosion scheme adopted shall be matching with the environment where the fittings are in service.By studying the service performance of the existing components and conducting experiments on different forms of anti-corrosion processes,the paper studies an unified anti-corrosion scheme for"simplified and unified"OCS equipment,puts forward anti-corrosion measures suitable for different environments,so as to improve the reliability of overhead contact system equipment and reduce the operation and maintenance costs taking into account of efficiency and extension of service life of equipment.
