空气湿度对浸金属碳滑板磨耗的影响研究

Study on Influences to Wear of Impregnated-metal Carbon Strip under Different Air Humidity

冬季天气干燥时,浸金属碳滑板摩擦磨损情况往往进一步加剧。本文简要分析了空气湿度对浸金属碳滑板摩擦磨损性能的影响机理,并基于空气湿度可控的摩擦磨损等效试验装置进行了不同空气湿度下浸金属碳滑板载流摩擦磨损试验,通过分析试验数据得出空气湿度对于浸金属碳滑板摩擦磨损参数的影响规律。

During the dry weather in winter,the friction and wear of impregnated-metal carbon strip tend to be further aggravated.The paper briefly analyzes the mechanism of influence of air humidity on friction and wear performance of impregnated-metal carbon strip,and conducts current carrying friction and wear tests on impregnated-metal carbon strip under different air humidity based on a controllable air humidity equivalent test device.By analyzing the test data,the influence of air humidity on the friction and wear parameters of impregnated-metal carbon strip is obtained.
