摘要
采用数字化信息采集系统对铁磁材料动态磁滞回线和磁化曲线进行数据采集及处理,比较不同实验条件下R、L、C等各元件两端电压波形及合成李萨如图形的变化,解释了电压波形和所得磁滞回线发生畸变的原因。利用数据采集系统实时展示数据结果的特点,研究实验参数对实验结果的影响,实现实验参数的比较与优化,获得形状良好的、具有饱和趋势的、能够准确描述软磁和永磁材料动态磁滞回线的李萨如图形,并描绘出研究对象的基本磁化曲线。该实验方案提高了实验的可视性和准确性,有助于学生剖析实验变化过程,加深对实验原理的理解。
The data of dynamic hysteresis loops and magnetization curves of the ferromagnetic materials were collected and processed by digital information acquisition system.The voltage waveforms of R,L,C and other components and the changes of the Lisaru-graphs under different conditions were compared.The reasons for the distortion of voltage waveform and hysteresis loop were explained.Using the characteristics of the data acquisition system to display the data results in real time,the influence of experimental parameters on the experimental results was studied.The experimental parameters were compared and optimized,and the Lisaru-graphs with good shape and saturation trend were obtained,which could accurately describe the dynamic hysteresis loops of soft magnetic and permanent magnetic materials.At last the basic magnetization curve was obtained.This scheme improves the visibility and accuracy of the experiment,helps students to analyze the process of experimental changes,and deepens the understanding of experimental principles.
