有机化学实验绿色化教学的探索与实践

摘要 在绿色化学理念指导下,从实验项目设置、实验过程和实验室废弃物处理三个方面对有机化学实验绿色化教学进行了探索与实践。通过合理安排实验内容,采用半微量法开展实验,提高化学试剂及产品利用率,不断提高师生参与意识,强化实验室管理,科学处理实验室废弃物等措施,探索出了一些有机化学实验绿色化发展的可行性方法。实验室环境得到了改善,节约了实验成本,同时提高了学生的绿色环保意识。 The green teaching on organic chemistry experiment was carried out based on the concept of greenness.It was explored and practiced from three aspects of experimental project setting,experimental process and laboratory waste disposal.Some feasible teaching methods were explored by taking measures such as arranging experimental content reasonably,using semi-micro method to carry out experiments,maximizing the use of chemical reagents and products,improving participation awareness of teachers and students,strengthening laboratory management,scientific treatment of laboratory waste,etc.In these ways,experimental cost and environment pollution were reduced.Also,the students consciousness of green chemistry and environmental protection was strengthened.
