摘要
十九届四中全会提出了深化产教融合,推动高等教育内涵式发展。西安交通大学依托机械工程国家一级重点学科,以机器人为载体结合优质企业资源,联合建设机器人创新创业实践教学平台,打破知识壁垒,加速学科渗透,构建了“自主创新驱动式”实践教学运行机制,提出复合创新人才培养新模式;探索出以CDIO项目实践和毕业设计为载体、以知识产权分配为核心的校企协同育人新范式,实现专业知识为内涵的技术能力和创新创业能力为内涵的非技术能力协同培养;平台人才培养效果突出,示范效应显著,为各高校产教融合提供成功范例。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to deepen the integration of industry and education and promote the convolution development of higher education.Xi an Jiaotong University relying on the national first-class key discipline of mechanical engineering,take robot as carrier,combined with high-quality enterprise resources,build a practical teaching platform for robot innovation and entrepreneurship.Breaking knowledge barriers,accelerating the penetration of disciplines,and constructing the operation mechanism of“independent innovation-driven”practice teaching;explore a new paradigm of university-enterprise collaborative education with CDIO project practice and graduation design as the carrier and intellectual property distribution as the core,achieve the cooperative cultivation of technical ability with professional knowledge and non-technical ability with innovation and entrepreneurship;the platform has outstanding talent training effect and demonstrative effect,providing a successful example for the integration of industry and education in various universities.
