摘要
茶叶仓储是商品茶加工过程中的重要步骤之一,仓储陈化技术对黑茶品质的形成至关重要。文章初步总结了仓储对提升黑茶品质的作用、影响仓储的因素及黑茶仓储模式,并以六堡茶为例,分析了六堡茶专业仓储陈化技术在六堡茶生产加工过程中的重要性,继而展望了六堡茶专业仓储技术未来的研究方向。
Tea storage is one of the important steps in the process of commodity tea processing,and storage aging technology is crucial for the formation of dark tea quality.The article preliminarily summarized the impact of storage on the quality of dark tea,the factors affecting dark tea storage,and the storage mode of dark tea.Taking Liupao tea as an example,it analyzed the importance of Liupao tea professional storage and aging technology in the production and processing process of Liupao tea,and then looked forward to the future research directions of Liupao tea professional storage technology.
