核电站在役检查中存在的渗透检测体系的差异性分析

摘要 俄罗斯体系标准在国内机组使用范围较窄,也造成了使用其相应配套标准的渗透材料、设备的缺失,采购俄罗斯标准的材料、设备难度极大。文章对目前核电站在役检查工作中涉及到的渗透体系进行了对比,根据渗透工艺流程,对法标、美标、国标中渗透材料的灵敏度选择要求、渗透试块的加工及使用要求、渗透检验现场实施流程中的细节要求等进行了差异性分析。通过分析对比,可以将采用不同体系标准制造的渗透材料、渗透试块、操作方法等借鉴到俄罗斯标准中,从而解决国内无法采购俄罗斯标准的渗透材料、设备的问题。 The Russian system standard has a narrow range of use in domestic units,which also causes the lack of penetration materials and equipment using its corresponding supporting standards,and the procurement of Russian standard materials and equipment is extremely difficult.This paper compares the penetration systems involved in the current in-service inspection of nuclear power plants.According to the penetration process flow,the differences of the sensitivity selection requirements of the penetration materials in the French standard,the American standard and the national standard,the processing and use requirements of the penetration test block,and the detailed requirements in the on-site implementation process of the penetration inspection are analyzed.Through analysis and comparison,penetration materials,penetration test blocks,and operation methods manufactured by different system standards can be borrowed from Russian standards,thus solving the problem of unable to purchase penetration materials and equipment of Russian standards in China.
