摘要
海上风电主要依靠海底高压电缆输送至陆地。而海底电缆存在造价高、实施难度大、占用海域面积大等难点。随着海上风电和跨海、跨河大桥的规划及发展,文章提出利用跨海、跨河大桥敷设高压电缆的方式,统筹考虑电缆敷设的关键技术问题和难点,分析了随桥敷设高压电缆在海上风电中的应用前景,通过数据进行了经济性分析。对比发现,利用随桥敷设可节省工程造价,提高海上风电的经济效益,降低运维风险,对后续海上风电的发展具有较高的参考意义。
Offshore wind power is mainly delivered to land by high-voltage cables under the sea.However,the submarine cable has some difficulties,such as high cost,difficult implementation and occupying sea area.With offshore wind and across the planning and development of the bridge,across the river,across the sea,river bridge laying high voltage cable,overall consideration of key technical problems and difficulties of cable laying,analyzes the bridge with the high voltage cable in offshore wind application prospects,through data economic analysis.Comparison found that use with the bridge laying can save project cost,improve the economic benefit of offshore wind,reduce operational risk,for the subsequent development of offshore wind has high reference significance.
