引风机振动、流场分析及基础加固风阻优化研究

摘要 为保障供热可靠性,某电厂对1号、2号锅炉的4台引风机进行振动、流场分析及基础加固风阻优化改造工程。集中解决风机振动、基础治理、降低风阻、提升风机出力及振动保护等方面问题,确保4台引风机投运后满足设计出力要求,同时保障运行期间的风机出力满足机组提升负荷要求。 In order to ensure the reliability of heating,a certain power plant conducted vibration and flow field analysis and treatment on four induced draft fans of boilers 01 and 02,as well as foundation reinforcement and wind resistance optimization renovation projects.Concentrate on solving fan vibration,foundation treatment,reducing wind resistance,increasing fan output,and vibration protection.Ensure that the four induced draft fans meet the design output requirements after being put into operation,while ensuring that the fan output during operation meets the load increase requirements of the unit.
