摘要
磨损、腐蚀等会造成锅炉设备泄漏,而锅炉一旦发生“四管”泄漏就必须停机处理。锅炉防磨防爆工作直接关系火电厂的安全,然而锅炉日常检修更多依托检修人员经验,对于锅炉的运行及检修数据未有效利用,使防磨防爆工作还处于人工检修、事后维修状态,无法提前进行预维护。内蒙古大唐国际托克托发电公司构建了一个锅炉受热面防磨防爆智能监测系统,包括锅炉四管三维数字化技术、受热面高温预警技术、壁厚减薄预测技术、智能化吹灰监测,提供了强大的分析平台。
Wear,corrosion and so on cause boiler equipment leakage,and the boiler once the"four pipe"leakage must be shut down.Boiler anti-wear and explosion-proof work is directly related to the safety of thermal power plants,but the daily maintenance of boilers relies more on the experience of maintenance personnel,and the operation and maintenance data of boilers are not effectively used,so that the anti-wear and explosion-proof work is still in the state of manual maintenance and post-maintenance,and can not be pre-maintenance in advance.Inner Mongolia Datang International Toktor Power Generation Company built a boiler heating surface anti-wear and explosion-proof intelligent monitoring system,including boiler four-tube three-dimensional digital technology,heating surface high temperature warning technology,wall thickness reduction prediction technology,intelligent soot blowing monitoring,providing a powerful analysis platform.
