摘要
以负载型碱性粉煤灰作为脱酸剂对餐厨废油进行脱酸处理,同时去除色素。以酸价为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过正交试验优化脱色脱酸工艺。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为粉煤灰添加量5%(以分离提纯后的餐厨废油质量计)、操作温度70℃、操作时间60 min。餐厨废油的酸价由2.67降至1.21 mg KOH/g,脱色率为13.03%。结果证实粉煤灰可作为脱色脱酸剂应用于餐厨废油的再生工艺,实现固体废弃物循环再利用。
The loaded alkaline fly ash was used as deacidification agent to deacidify kitchen waste oil and remove pigment at the same time.Taking the acid value as the index,the decolorization and deacidi-fication process was optimized by orthogonal test on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows:the amount of fly ash 5%(based on the mass of kitchen waste oil after separation),the operating temperature 70℃C,andtheoperatingtime60min.Theacid value of the kitchen waste oil decreased from 2.67 to 1.21 mg KOH/g,and the decolorization rate was 13.03%.The results showed that fly ash could be used as decolorization and deacidification agent in the regeneration process of kitchen waste oil to realize the recycling of solid waste.
