摘要
采用纤维素酶辅助超声微波协同提取桑黄黄酮。以黄酮得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺,并分析桑黄黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果表明:最优提取工艺为纤维素酶添加量1.5%(以桑黄粉质量为基准)、液料比22∶1(mL/g)、提取温度50℃、提取时间39 min,在此条件下,桑黄黄酮得率为4.55%±0.23%。抗氧化活性试验结果显示,桑黄黄酮清除DPPH·、·OH和ABTS^(+)·的IC_(50)分别为0.046、0.056、0.115 mg/mL,表明桑黄黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性。
The Phellinus igniarius flavonoids were extracted by cellulase assisted ultrasonic-microwave synergistic.Using the yield of flavonoids as an indicator,the extraction process was optimized using re-sponse surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiment,and the antioxidant activity of Phelli-nus igniarius flavonoids was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was amount of cellulase addtion 1.5%(based on the mass of Phellinus igniarius powder),ratio of liquid to material 22:1(mL/g),extraction temperature 50℃,and extraction time39min.Under theseconditions,the yield of Phellinus igniarius flavonoids was 4.55%±0.23%.The antioxidant activity test showed that the IC_(50) of Phellinus igniarius flavonoids for scavenging DPPH·,·OH and ABTS^(+)-were 0.046,0.056 and 0.115 mg/mL,respectively,indicating that the Phellinus igniarius flavonoids had good antioxi-dant activity.
