科技资源视角下科技计划科技档案、科技报告和科学数据协同管理对策研究——以山东省为例

Research on Collaborative Management Strategies of Scientific Research Archives,S&T Report and Scientific Data of S&T Programs from the Perspective of S&T Resources——Taking Shandong as an Example

科技档案、科技报告和科学数据作为科技计划项目的重要信息资源产出急需加强协同管理。结合相关理论,构建科技档案、科技报告和科学数据协同管理的分析框架,并基于此框架从政策、组织等层面展开分析,总结山东省在资源协同管理方面的优势和问题,针对协同目标构建、制度建设等提出对策建议。

As an important information resource output of ST programs,scientific research archives,reports and data need to strengthen synergy management.This study combines relevant theories to build a collaborative management framework of scientific archives,ST report and scientific data.Based on the analysis framework,this study carries out analysis from the policy,organization and other levels,summarizes the advantages and problems of Shandong Province in resource collaborative management,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions around the construction of collaborative objectives.
