径流式水电站新型综合性拦污栅设计与应用

摘要 径流式水电站进水渠口拦污栅的拦污效果关系到电站的安全运行和经济效益。研究吸取国内外拦污效果较好的经验,充分考虑本项目进水渠的各种因素,合理选择拦污栅布设和清污方式,充分利用大坝自然溢流期间顺向水流带走污物,将原冲砂渠进水槽改装成一道底拦栅,增加底部进水。项目实施后,这一新型、综合性的高效拦污栅,既保障了进水渠的可靠性,又解决了自动清污问题,使电站发挥了最大效益。 The effectiveness of the trash rack at the water inlet of runoff type hydropower stations affects their safe operation and economic benefits.Engineering experience with good feculence blocking performance both domestically and internationally are summarized.Then,considering various factors of the inlet channel of the project,reasonable layout and feculence cleaning methods of the trash rack are selected.It utilizes the downstream water flow during the natural overflow period of the dam to carry away the feculence.Also,the original water inlet trough of the sand flushing channel is modified into a bottom trash rack to increase the bottom water inflow.After the operation of the project,this new comprehensive and highly efficient trash rack not only ensures the reliability of the inlet channel,but also solves the automatic feculence cleaning problem,which maximizes the benefits of the station.
