10 kV厂用电保护装置出现对时异常故障的分析与处理

摘要 本文针对某大型水电站10 kV厂用电系统保护装置中存在对时异常的现象,分析其根本原因是每套10 kV保护装置上分配的对时信号较弱,容易丢失,为此提出了增强保护装置对时信号的优化方法。将每段10 kV母线上的保护装置由2路对时信号线改为4路,并对信息网络柜内电B码对时端子排上的接线优化布置,使授时源均匀引接至各段10 kV母线开关柜,有效抑制对时异常缺陷的发生,从源头消除了此类缺陷。 Abnormal time synchronization fault is observed in the protection equipment of the 10 kV auxiliary power system in a large-scale hydropower station.Analysis shows that the fundamental reason is that the timing signal allocated to each 10 kV protection equipment is rather weak and easy to lose.Thus,an optimization method to enhance the timing signal of the protection equipment is proposed.The protection equipment on each section of the 10 kV busbar is renovated from 2 timing signal lines to 4 lines.The wiring of the IRIG-B code timing terminal strip in the information network cabinet is optimized to evenly connect the timing source to the switch cabinet of each section of the busbar.The proposed measures effectively suppress the occurrence of the timing synchronization fault and eliminate such problem from the origin.
