摘要
本文对某抽水蓄能电站关键设备SFC系统的典型故障进行研究,基于设备工作原理和故障现象,对运行中出现的输入变压器辅助设备信号异常、内循环去离子水温度过高以及转子初始位置检测失败故障等进行分析,根据SFC程序中故障逻辑,缩小故障排查范围,针对偶发和难以再现的故障,利用在线录波软件对相关测值或变量录波分析,理清故障原因,更加快速准确地找到故障点,采取相应的措施处理。本文相关故障处理方法和经验可供其他类似电站参考借鉴。
The typical faults of the static frequency converter(SFC)system in a pumped storage power station are summarized.Based on the working principles and the fault appearance of the equipment,various faults during the operation of the equipment are analyzed,such as the signal abnormality of the input transformer auxiliary equipment,high temperature of the internal circulating deionized water,and the detection failure of the initial position of the rotor.According to the fault logic of the SFC program,the fault diagnosis scope is narrowed.For occasional and unreproducible faults,online fault recording software is used to analyze the relevant measurement values and variables.Thus,the causes of the faults can be clarified and the fault points can be determined more quickly and accurately,and corresponding measures can be taken.The summarized treatment methods and experience can be useful reference for similar power stations.
