摘要
针对柬埔寨达岱河水电站工程实际,借鉴以往类似工程经验,通过在导流洞与大坝帷幕灌浆交汇处增补与加强固结灌浆,并使导流洞封堵段的灌浆帷幕与大坝防渗帷幕有效连接;在导流洞封堵体混凝土中预埋高密聚乙烯冷却水管通水冷却,避免了水化热引起温度裂缝的产生;对主坝导流洞封堵的设计方案、施工组织设计进行了认真的研究与精心实施,使整个封堵过程进展顺利,封堵效果良好。
The design and construction of the diversion tunnel plugging work of the main dam in Tatay Hydropower Station in Cambodia are introduced.Considering the actual situation of the project and the experience of previous similar work,consolidation grouting is added and strengthened at the intersection of the curtain grouting of the diversion tunnel and the dam to effectively connect the grouting curtains of the plugging section of the diversion tunnel and the dam body.High density polyethylene pipes are embedded in the plug concrete for water cooling,which can avoid the occurrence of temperature cracks caused by hydration heat.Then,the design scheme and construction organization of the diversion tunnel plugging work are carefully studied and implemented,which ensures the smooth progress of the entire work and a good plug performance.
