摘要
目的:为全面了解国内多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)动物模型构建现状,以便今后动物造模更加严谨科学。方法:检索2017年1月1日至2021年3月10日国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)和中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)等数据库相关文献,对文献中PCOS造模选用的动物种类、造模药物、造模时长,模型评价等方面进行分析。结果:PCOS模型构建最多选用的是大鼠,多选用21~24日龄,造模使用最多的药物是雄激素及来曲唑,造模时长最多的是20~30 d,模型评价指标可选用阴道脱落细胞涂片、生化指标及病理指标。结论:PCOS造模方法多种多样,在动物造模时尽量选用比较成熟的造模方法,同时亦需要不断探索新的造模方法,以求建立更符合临床特征的PCOS动物模型。
Objective:To comprehensively understand the current status of animal model of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in China,to make animal modeling more rigorous and scientific in the future.Methods:Related literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Science Citation Database(CSPD)and Chinese Citation Database(CCD)from January 1,2017 to March 10,2021 was retrieved,and the animal species and drugs used for PCOS modeling,as well as the modeling duration and model evaluation were analyzed.Results:Rats aged 21~24 days were most used for PCOS modeling by androgen and letrozole.The most modeling duration was 20~30 days.Shed cell of vaginal smears,biochemical indexes and pathological indexes were selected for model evaluation.Conclusion:As there are various PCOS modeling methods,mature modeling methods should be selected as far as possible in animal modeling.Moreover,researchers should continuously explore new modeling methods and establish PCOS animal models that are more consistent with clinical characteristics.
