分散剂对添加氧化石墨烯的涂层密度和缓蚀效果的影响

摘要 氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,GO)是一种理想的二维纳米材料,具有独特的片层结构和阻隔性能,被广泛应用于高阻隔材料、化工和医学等领域。但GO加入聚合物中时会发生聚集和团聚,因此要在GO中加入不同的分散剂,以提高含GO的涂层的密度和改善其缓蚀效果。目前常用的分散剂有纯溶剂、壳聚糖、硅烷偶联剂和聚合物等。 Graphene oxide(GO)is an ideal two-dimensional nano-material,has a unique lamellar structure and diaphragming behavior,and is widely used as diaphragming and in yields such as chemical industry and medicine.However,aggregation and agglomeration will occur when GO is added to polymer and therefore a dispersant is to be added to GO to increase density of the coating with GO and to improve its corrosion inhibition effect.At the present,the commonly used dispersants incorporate pure solvent,chitosan,silane coupling agent,and polymer.
