形变对沉淀硬化马氏体不锈钢显微组织和力学性能的影响

摘要 分别对05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb马氏体不锈钢进行了1040℃固溶处理、-30℃冷处理和550℃时效及850℃形变和相同的热处理。除了变形态组织外,检测了这二种状态钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:经固溶处理、冷处理和时效处理的05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢晶粒度为3级,而经850℃形变后再以相同工艺处理的钢晶粒度为6级;后者力学性能优于前者。 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb martensitic stainless steel was subjected to solution treating at 1040℃,cold treating at-30℃and aging at 550℃,and to deforming at 850℃and the same heat treating,respectively.Apart from as-deformed structure the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel in these two heat treated conditions were detected.The results showed that the grain size was No.3 in 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel subjected to solid solution treating,cold treating and aging and No.6 in the steel subjected to deforming at 850℃,solid solution treating,cold treating and aging;and that the latter was superior to the former in mechanical properties.
