“110工法”下采空区自然发火“三带”范围分析

摘要 以陕西某矿“110工法”开采模式下的综采工作面为研究对象,采用采空区预埋束管的方式监测采空区气体数据,结合现场实测得到的参数,对“110工法”切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采模式下氧气浓度的运移规律进行了模拟分析。综合实测结果与模拟结果,划分出了“110工法”下采空区自然发火“三带”范围。结果表明,“110工法”开采模式下综采工作面氧化升温带呈“L”型分布,主要分为2个区域。一个区域为运顺进风侧距离工作面245~410 m和距辅运进风侧20 m水平处采空区190~420 m;另一个区域为距工作面420 m处垂直于后巷侧采空区10~20 m和距工作面500 m处垂直于后巷侧采空区7~12 m。该自然发火“三带”范围分析方法对该矿其他相似工作面的煤自燃防治工作具有一定参考价值。 With the research object of the fully mechanized mining face under the“110 construction method”mining mode of a mine in Shaanxi Province,the gas data in the mining area was monitored by the embedded beam tube in the mining area.Combined the parameters obtained by the field measurement,the migration law of oxygen concentration in the“110 construction method”is simulated.Based on the measured results and the simulation results,the“three zones”range of spontaneous combustion in the goaf under the“110 construction method”are divided.The results show that under the“110 construction method”mining mode,the oxidation and heating zone of the fully mechanized mining face is distributed in the“L”type,which is mainly divided into two areas.One area is 245~410 m away from the incoming air side and 190~420 m in the goaf area at 20 m away from the auxiliary inlet wind side;the other area is 10~20 m vertical from the back lane side goaf at 420 m away from the working face and 7~12 m vertical to the rear lane side goaf at 500 m from the working face.The analysis of the“three zones”range has certain reference value for coal spontaneous combustion prevention on other similar working surfaces of the mine.
