基于DPS优化分析的矸石膏体充填材料配比试验研究

摘要 为探明因素交互作用对矸石膏体充填材料强度特性的影响,以矸石耗量、水泥耗量、粉煤灰耗量和级配Talbot指数为自变量影响因子,不同养护龄期的充填体单轴抗压强度为目标值,采用均匀试验设计方法进行试验,采用Cline-Renka算法对试验平均值进行网格化处理,使用Matlab软件对试验结果进行三维可视化分析,通过DPS分析系统对试验结果进行多元回归分析,最终得出满足工程需要的最优配比。研究表明,充填体强度与养护龄期、粉煤灰耗量、水泥耗量均表现出正相关关系。不同水平的充填体强度与骨料颗粒级配Talbot指数n的拟合结果均为二项分布,并均在n=0.45附近取得最大值。最优配比为当Talbot指数n取0.45,矸石∶粉煤灰∶水泥=52.5wt.%∶33.5wt.%∶14wt.%,固体质量浓度为78%,此时的单轴抗压强度可以满足充填开采基本要求。回归分析方程的预测值与实测值接近,证实所建模型精度高、可靠性强,研究结果为充填材料配比优化设计提供一种新的方法。 In order to find out the influence of factor interaction on the strength characteristics of gangue gypsum filling material,the gangue consumption,cement consumption,fly ash consumption,and gradation Talbot index were taken as the independent variable influential factors,and the uniaxial compressive strength of filling body at different curing ages was taken as the target value.The uniform experimental design method was used to test,and the Cline-Renka algorithm was used to mesh the average value of the test.The three-dimensional visualization analysis of the test results was carried out by Matlab software,and the DPS analysis system carried out the multiple regression analysis of the test results.Finally,the optimal ratio to meet the project’s needs was obtained.The results show that the strength of the filling body is positively correlated with curing age,fly ash consumption,and cement consumption.The fitting results of different levels of filling body strength and aggregate particle gradation Talbot index n are the binomial distribution,and the maximum value is reached when n=0.45.The optimal ratio is when the Talbot index n is 0.45,gangue∶fly ash∶cement=52.5 wt.%∶33.5wt.%∶14wt.%,and solid mass concentration is 78%,thus the uniaxial compressive strength can meet the basic requirements of filling mining.The predicted value of the regression analysis equation is close to the measured value,which proves that the model has high precision and strong reliability.The research results provide a new and reliable method for the optimization design of filling material ratio.
