摘要
为了明确超高压水射流的切顶破岩特性,针对沙曲二号煤矿现场特点,利用LS-DYNA软件进行数值模拟仿真。结果表明,超高压水射流在冲击不同岩层时形成的冲蚀坑形态类似,但破岩效果不同,相同射流压力下泥岩的冲蚀坑深度和宽度均大于砂岩;射流压力和直径是决定顶板岩层切割深度的重要因素,相同岩石的冲蚀坑深度随射流压力与直径的增加而显著增大,但冲蚀坑宽度变化相对较小,现场切顶时可通过改变射流压力来调节切割效果。
In order to clarify the top-cutting and rock-breaking characteristics of UHP water jets,this paper conducted numerical simulation using LS-DYNA software in light of the site characteristics of Shaqu No.2 Coal Mine.The results show that:the erosion pits formed by UHP water jets are similar in shape when impacting different rock formations,but the rock-breaking effects are different,and the depth and width of the erosion pits are greater for mudstone than for sandstone under the same jet pressure;the jet pressure and diameter are important factors in determining the depth of the erosion pit,which increases significantly with the increase of jet pressure and diameter for the same rock,but the change of the width of the erosion pit is relatively small,and the cutting effect can be adjusted by changing the jet pressure when cutting the roof.
