透明工作面动态地质模型构建及应用

摘要 地质条件的复杂性已成为制约智能开采发展的瓶颈,亟需查明工作面内部地质发育情况,构建动态地质模型,为煤矿安全智能开采提供地质保障。以黄陵一号煤矿810工作面为例,结合地面钻孔、槽波地震勘探、钻孔探测、巷道测量、地质写实等信息,对工作面的地质条件进行数据融合分析,构建动态地质模型,实现工作面地质信息透明化。研究地质模型与智能开采的交互关系,由地质截割曲线实现基于透明地质的智能割煤,构建的地质模型可满足智能开采的精度要求。该成果可为实现基于透明地质的智能开采模式提供借鉴。 The complexity of geological conditions has become a bottleneck restricting the development of intelligent mining.It is urgent to find out the internal geological development of the working face and build a dynamic geological model in order to provide geological support for the safe and intelligent mining of coal mine.Taking the 810 working face of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine as an example,combining with the information of ground drilling,in-seam seismic exploration,drilling exploration,roadway measurement,geological actuality and so on,the data fusion analysis of the geological conditions of the working face is carried out,a dynamic geological model is constructed,and the transparency of geological information of the working face is realized.The interactive relationship between geological model and intelligent mining is studied.Transparent geology-based intelligent coal cutting is realized by the geological cutting curve,and the constructed geological model can meet the precision requirements of intelligent mining.The research results can provide reference for other working faces to realize geological transparency-based intelligent mining mode.
