钻屑法监测数据自动上传系统的应用研究

摘要 钻屑法作为一种简单、可靠的冲击地压监测手段,在冲击地压预测、卸压效果检验等方面具有重要作用,但钻屑法仍然采用传统的操作方式,特别是在煤粉数据上传方式上,仍采用人工记录、升井后交予防冲部门的方式,因此监测结果具有较大的滞后性,不符合矿井智能化发展的要求。为改变传统的钻屑监测数据上传方式,实现煤粉量测量结果的实时传输、数据的自动化分析,研发一种钻屑法监测数据自动上传系统,该系统主要由计量装置、遥控器、分析软件等组成,其中计量装置可同时实现煤粉量的计量和Mesh自组网上传功能;遥控器还提供数据采集、上传方式;分析软件实现钻屑数据的自动分析功能。现场使用结果表明,该系统稳定可靠、智能化程度高,可将钻屑过程中钻孔每米煤粉量、动力效应等信息实时传送至地面,及时对钻孔信息情况进行分析,完全满足钻屑法监测的相关要求,使钻屑法对冲击地压的监测更加简便、高效。 As a simple and reliable means of monitoring rock burst,cuttings method plays an important role in rock burst prediction and pressure relief effect inspection,but at present,cuttings method still adopts the traditional operation mode,especially in the method of uploading pulverized coal data,and still adopts manual recording and handing over to the anti-impact department after rising,so the monitoring results have a large lag and do not meet the requirements of intelligent development of mines.In order to change the traditional cuttings monitoring data upload method,to realize the real-time transmission of pulverized coal quantity measurement results,automatic analysis of data,we developed a cuttings monitoring data automatic upload system.The system is mainly composed of measuring device,remote control,analysis software,etc.,in which the measuring device can simultaneously realize the measurement of pulverized coal amount and mesh ad hoc network upload function,the remote control provides several other data collection,upload methods,analysis software to realize the automatic analysis function of cuttings data.The results show that the system is stable and reliable with a high degree of intelligence,which can transmit the amount of pulverized coal for per meter of drilling hole and the dynamic effect to the ground in real time during the cuttings process,and analyze the drilling information in time,which fully meets the relevant requirements of the cuttings method monitoring,and makes the cuttings method more simple and efficient in the monitoring of rock burst.
