河曲露天煤矿采区转向方式研究 被引量:1

摘要 河曲露天煤矿在首采区服务年限结束后面临的采区转向问题可能会严重影响河曲露天煤矿的经济效益与正常的生产工作,进而影响河曲露天煤矿工作面布置、采排成本与剥采比以及后续的发展,基于以上原因开展对河曲露天煤矿首采区转向二采区的合理过渡转向方式的研究工作。通过对重新拉沟、扇形转向、缓帮留沟3种转向方式的特点进行分析并进行多方面论证,结合运距、外排量、煤质变化与平均剥采比等工程因素进行综合考虑,基于经济上合理、工程上适用的原则对3种转向方式使用集值迭代法确定不同指标所占有的权重,最终使用TOPSIS评价法得出使用缓帮留沟方法转向为最佳转向方式。 The turning problem of mining area faced by Hequ open pit after the service life of the first mining area has ended may seriously affect the economic benefits and normal production of Hequ open pit mine,and further affect the working face layout,mining and drainage costs,stripping mining ratio and subsequent development of Hequ open pit mine.The research on the reasonable transition turning mode of the first mining area to the second mining area of the mine is carried out.By analyzing and demonstrating the characteristics of the three turning modes,namely,re-trenching,sector turning,and gentle slope retaining ditch,and considering the engineering factors such as haul distance,external displacement,coal quality change and average stripping mining ratio,the weight of different indicators for the three turning modes is determined using the set value iteration method based on the principles of economic rationality and engineering applicability.Finally,the TOPSIS evaluation method was used to determine the“gentle slope retaining ditch”method as the best turning mode.
