断层破碎带注浆加固技术实践

摘要 针对白羊岭煤矿15111工作面过断层存在顶板破碎、矿压显现强烈的问题,以推进方向上的DF11和DF10断层为工程背景,选取JDAQ-4无机加固材料对断层破碎带落差大、对工作面安全回采影响大的区域进行不饱和注浆,并设计自制了一种自封孔式定向注浆钢管应用于现场的注浆加固工程中。在胶带顺槽内设计了合适的钻孔参数并采取了合理的注浆工艺对断层进行注浆加固,使得破碎的煤岩体能够重新胶结为统一的整体。现场实践效果表明,自封孔式定向注浆钢管能够达到注浆的要求并且能够节省浆料,注浆加固后能够将断层重新胶结为统一的整体,提高围岩强度,对抑制顶板来压异常效果显著,具有一定的推广和应用价值,对类似过断层的注浆加固工程提供了借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of roof breakage and strong ground behavior in Baiyangling Coal Mine 15111 working face crossing the fault,taking DF11 and DF10 faults in the advancing direction as the engineering background,JDAQ-4 inorganic reinforcement materials were selected to carry out unsaturated grouting in the area with large drop of fault fracture zone and great influence on the safe mining of working face.A kind of directional grouting steel pipe with self-sealing hole is designed,self-made and applied in the field grouting reinforcement project.Suitable drilling parameters are designed in the belt grooves and reasonable grouting technology is adopted to reinforce the faults,so that the broken coal and rock mass can be re-cemented into a unified whole.Actual results prove that the self-sealing hole directional grouting steel pipe can reach the requirement of grouting and save slurry,making fault re-cemented as unified whole after grouting reinforcement,thus improve the strength of surrounding rock with remarkable effect for curbing abnormal roof weighting.It is of referential value for the similar cross-fault’s grouting reinforcement.
