普瑞特防灭火材料在米泉三道坝火区的应用

米泉三道坝煤田火区为矿井火灾引发的煤田火区,火区存在燃烧煤层为急倾斜、特厚煤层,且煤层间距小,煤矿开采和火区燃烧造成地表大范围的塌陷和裂隙,地下采空区、烧空区较多等特点,燃烧情况复杂,施工存在较大的安全隐患,使火区治理难度加大,由于传统注水中的水没有堆积性,易流失,两相泡沫不耐高温等。针对采空区、烧空区、裂隙发育区等区域需要使用具有堆积性的新型注水发泡材料,普瑞特防灭火材料具有胶体、泥浆、惰性气体和阻化剂等材料的优点,注浆时具有发泡性、保水性,使水以发泡的方式在火区裂隙、采空区、塌陷坑内大范围扩散,同时可在其高、中、低位置火源进行全面覆盖,热稳定性好,能够承受明火,在火区治理时能起到持续吸热、降温、湿润和冷却的作用,对裂隙区、采空区和塌陷区的治理效果明显。

The coalfield fire area of Miquan sandaoba is a coalfield fire area caused by mine fire.The burning coal seams in the fire area are steeply inclined and extremely thick,and the coal seam spacing is small.Coal mining and combustion in the fire area cause large-scale subsidence and cracks on the surface,and there are many underground goafs and burned-out area.The combustion situation is complex,and there are large safety hazards in the construction,which makes it more difficult to control the fire area,As the water in the traditional water injection has no accumulation and is easy to be lost,and the two-phase foam is not resistant to high temperature,thus it is necessary to use a new type of water injection foaming material with accumulation for the goaf,burnt-out area,fracture development area and other areas.The puruite fire-fighting material has the advantages of colloid,mud,inert gas and inhibitor,and has foaming and water retention properties during grouting,so that the water can be injected into the crevices,mined-out areas and collapse pit,which is diffused as foaming mode in a large range,and the fire source at its high,middle and low positions is covered in a large range and all directions.It has good thermal stability and can withstand open fire,playing a role of continuous heat absorption,cooling,wetting and cooling in the treatment of the fire area,and having a good effect on the treatment of the fracture area,goaf and collapse area.
