摘要
基于孟村煤矿生产地质条件复杂、灾害叠加严重、掘锚一体机对掘进地质条件适应性较差的现状,从围岩地质力学条件、巷道赋存及工程条件、巷道支护工艺以及劳动组织方式4个方面分析对快速掘进的影响。通过在401104工作面运输巷现场实践,查找快速掘进装备存在的问题,并针对这些问题对装备进行一系列改造升级,以增加装备的适应性。改造后最高日进尺达到8.4 m,日均进尺7.3 m,月进尺218 m,且有上升空间,超出普通综掘水平,验证了其适应性。
Based on the complex geological conditions of Mengcun Mine production,serious disaster superposition and poor adaptability of the excavation and anchoring machine to the geological conditions of tunneling,we analyze the influence of the geomechanical conditions of surrounding rock,the occurrence and engineering conditions of the roadway,the support technology of the roadway and the labor organization mode on the rapid tunneling.Through the field practice in the transport roadway of 401104 working face,the existing problems of the rapid tunneling equipment are found.In view of the problems,the equipment has been transformed and upgraded in a number of ways to increase the adaptability of the equipment.After the transformation,the maximum daily advancing has reached 8.4 m,the average daily tunneling has reached 7.3 m,and the monthly advance has reached 218 m.In addition,there is still room for improvement,which is beyond the level of general comprehensive excavation,verifying its adaptability.
