摘要
矿井环境复杂,粉尘颗粒、有害气体和潮湿等作业环境会对机械设备造成不同程度的腐蚀,同时因开采强度和开采深度的不断增加,引发的煤层硫化氢气体会加速损坏液压支架立柱及千斤顶的使用寿命。基于矿用液压支架千斤顶活塞杆在井下复杂的工况下出现不同程度的锈蚀、斑坑等表面局部缺陷,为有效解决活塞杆镀层损伤问题,提高部件复用率,黄陵矿业机电总厂通过对比分析,引进了一种先进的增材技术,即激光熔覆再制造技术,重点介绍了该技术的加工原理、修复工艺及特点等。实践表明,该技术显著提高了千斤顶表面的硬度、耐腐蚀性及耐磨性等性能,能够大幅延长液压支架千斤顶的服役寿命,保障矿井安全生产。
The mine environment is complex,and the working environment such as dust particles,harmful gases and humidity cause different degrees of corrosion to the mechanical equipment.As the mining intensity and mining depth increase continuously,the hydrogen sulfide gas in coal seam will accelerate the damage to the service life of hydraulic support columns and jacks.Based on the fact that the piston rod of the hydraulic support jack for mine has different degrees of local surface defects such as corrosion and pitting under complicated underground conditions,in order to effectively solve the problem of piston rod coating damage and improve the reuse rate of components,the General Mechanical and Electrical Plant has introduced an advanced additive technology,that is,laser cladding remanufacturing technology through comparative analysis.This paper focuses on the processing principle,repair technology and characteristics of this technology.Practice has proved that this technology can significantly improve the hardness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the jack surface,and can greatly improve the service life of the jack to ensure the safe production of the mine.
