阳煤五矿采空区注CO_(2)防灭火技术研究

摘要 为研究阳煤五矿8406工作面遗煤自然发火的危险性,文章结合8406工作面对瓦斯治理的同时,对注CO_(2)的防灭火技术进行研究。利用程序升温实验得到阳煤五矿无烟煤耗氧速率与放热强度等参数应用到数值模拟当中,通过Fluent对不同注CO_(2)的位置、流量、温度进行研究,对比氧化升温带的区域范围变化。结果表明CO_(2)注入流量越大,对采空区防灭火工作越有利;注入CO_(2)温度越低,预防采空区遗煤自燃效果越好,在考虑现场经济效益以及实际工程应用的前提下,文章选定最佳注CO_(2)位置为采空区进风侧距工作面30 m,最佳注入流量设置为900 m^(3)/min,最佳注入温度为278 K. In order to study the risk of spontaneous combustion in No.8406 working face of No.5 Coal Mine of Yangquan Mining Group,this paper studies the effect of CO_(2)injection on fire prevention and extinguishing combined with gas control in No.8406 working face.The parameters of oxygen consumption rate and exothermic intensity of anthracite in No.5 Coal Mine of Yangquan Mining Group were obtained by using programmed temperature experiment,the results show that the higher the CO_(2)injection rate is,the better the fire prevention and extinguishing work in goaf,and the lower the CO_(2)injection temperature is,the better the effect of preventing coal spontaneous combustion in goaf is,on the premise of considering the site economic benefit and practical engineering application,the paper selects the best injection CO_(2)position as the side distance of the air inlet in goaf,the working face is 30 m,the best injection flow is 900 m^(3)/min,the working face is 30 m,the working face is 900 m^(3)/min,the optimum injection temperature is 278 K.
