摘要
“三全育人”是新时期思想政治工作的新理念,它不仅为师德养成教育提供理论指引,还让师范生师德认知、师德情感、师德行为、师德意志的和谐发展成为可能。当前师德养成教育仍面临着目标结构不清晰、途径方法不得当等诸多问题,师德养成教育合力机制尚未有效形成。突破师德养成教育的现实困境,需要构建统筹的师德养成教育“三全育人”实践路径:形成多方互动的育人主体群,提升育人主体的主体性;融师德教育于人才培养全过程;强化全方位师德养成教育措施。
As a new concept of ideological and political work in the new era,“three complete education”not only provides theoretical guidance for the education of moral cultivation,but also makes it possible for the harmonious development of the cognition,emotion,behavior and will of moral education of normal university students.At present,teachers'moral cultivation education still faces many problems,such as unclear target structure,improper approaches and methods,and the resultant mechanism of teachers'moral cultivation has not been formed effectively.To break through the practical dilemma of teachers'morality cultivation,it is necessary to construct an integrated practice path of“three complete education”:forming a multi-interactive education subject group and enhancing the subjectivity of the education subject;integrating teacher ethics education into the whole process of talent training;strengthening all-round education measures to cultivate teacher ethics.
