新时期民族地区教师教育课程体系的构建

摘要 新时期民族地区教师教育要对接时代语境,要以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为价值导向,提高教师国家通用语言文字运用能力,增强民族团结意识,提高中华优秀传统文化素养;教师教育课程体系要紧紧围绕民族地区教师的特殊素质要求,使教师能够理解并支持国家语言政策,具备第二语言习得专业知识与应用能力以及跨民族交流沟通能力;培养目标要凸显教师的政治素质,国家通用语言文字能力和跨文化教育教学实践能力;课程设置要在公共基础课程、语言文化课程、教师教育类课程三大模块体现出人才培养的针对性。 In the new era,teacher education in ethnic areas should conform to the new situation,strengthen the awareness of the Chinese national community as a value orientation,and improve teachers'ability to use national common language,strengthen the sense of national unity,and improve the quality of Chinese excellent traditional culture;The curriculum system of teacher education should focus on the special quality requirements of teachers in ethnic areas,so that teachers can understand and support the national language policy,have the professional knowledge and application ability of second language acquisition,and have the ability to communicate across ethnic groups;The training goal should highlight teachers'political quality,national common language ability and cross-cultural education teaching practice ability;Curriculum should be set up in public basic courses,language and culture courses and teacher education courses to reflect the pertinence of talent training.
