摘要
创新和企业家精神是推动我国经济社会发展、人民生活水平不断提高的动力。在新的历史条件下,社会急需双创型人才,创新创业教育在促进创新人才培养、实现自我价值、促进经济社会发展、建设创新型国家等方面有着重大的现实意义。然而,我国目前应用型高校的双创人才培养还没有取得实质性的突破,其问题主要有:双创教育结果导向明显、专创融合度低、教学模式滞后、创新“基因”缺位。基于这一现状,从创新思维与人才培养的角度出发,认为创新思维是双创人才培养的核心和难点,通过建立“三师一协”的协同模式,采取建立专创融合的双课程整合机制,打造双服务平台的运行机制,打通校内外双融合校园文化环境等措施,打造创新思维导向的双创型人才培养模式,以此提升学生创新思维。
Innovation and entrepreneurship are the driving force behind China's economic and social development and the continuous improvement of people's living standards.Under the new historical conditions,society is in urgent need of“dual-innovation”talents,and innovation and entrepreneurship education has great practical significance in promoting the cultivation of innovative talents,realizing self-worth,promoting economic and social development and building an innovative country.However,at present,the cultivation of“dual-innovation”talents in China's applied colleges and universities has not yet made a substantial breakthrough.The problems are:the obvious result orientation of dual-innovation education,low integration of specialization and innovation,the lagging teaching mode,and the lack of“genes”for innovation.Based on this situation,from the perspective of innovative thinking and talent cultivation,we believe that innovative thinking is the core and difficult point in the cultivation of dual-innovation talents,and through the establishment of a collaborative model of“three teachers and one association”and the establishment of a dual curriculum of“specialization-creation”,we can create an operational mechanism for dual service platforms.By opening up a dual-integrated campus culture environment inside and outside the university,the university aims to create a“dual-innovation”talent cultivation model oriented to innovative thinking,so as to enhance students'innovative thinking.
