师范类高职院校开设特殊教育专业的可行性分析——以苏州幼儿师范高等专科学校为例 被引量:1

摘要 针对特殊教育高质量发展、学前特殊教育专业人才严重不足的现状,以苏州幼儿师范高等专科学校为个案,对师范类高职院校开设特殊教育专业(学前方向)的必要性与可行性进行分析。研究认为:开设特殊教育专业是对党和国家民生需求、师资需求、学校专业结构优化需求的积极回应,是非常有必要的;从政策支持、学校办学经验、专业依托、师资力量、实习实训基地建设等内外部条件分析得出学校开设该专业是可行的。在特殊教育专业建设过程中学校应深化“岗课赛证融通,教学用一体化”的人才培养模式、构建“全过程、全要素、全方位”的实习机制、实施“内围培养,外围拓展”的师资培养策略。 In view of the high quality development of special education and the serious shortage of preschool special education professionals,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of setting up special education specialty(preschool direction)in normal higher vocational colleges by taking Suzhou Early childhood Education College as a case.The research shows that the establishment of special education specialty is a positive response to the needs of the people's livelihood of the Party and the country,the needs of teachers,and the needs of optimizing the school's professional structure,which is very necessary;From the analysis of internal and external conditions such as policy support,school running experience,professional support,teachers,and construction of practice and training base,it is feasible for the school to set up this major.In the process of special education specialty construction,the school should deepen the talent training mode of“integration of post,course,competition and certificate,and integration of teaching”,build the practice mechanism of“whole process,all elements,and all directions”,and implement the teacher training strategy of“internal training,external expansion”.
