摘要
随着职业教育信息化建设的不断发展,线上与线下有机融合的创新型教学模式逐渐改变着传统教学模式。阐述食品化学课程教学改革过程中“线上+线下”混合式教学模式的设计与实践,以及以学习过程和能力考核为目标的考核方式的改革,总结实践中的几点经验,为混合式教学模式在其他课程中的应用提供借鉴。
With the continuous development of information construction in vocational education,the innovative teaching mode of online and offline organic integration has gradually changed the traditional teaching mode.This paper expounds the design and practice of online and offline mixed teaching mode in the course of food chemistry teaching reform,as well as the reform of the assessment mode aiming at the learning process and ability assessment,summarizes some experience in practice and provides reference for the application of blended teaching mode in other courses.
