新文科背景下高职“双师型”英语教师队伍建设研究 被引量:3

摘要 新文科教育理念的提出对外语人才培养和教育教学提出了新的挑战,也为英语教师的专业发展提供了新的机遇。高职英语教学的现实需求与新文科发展理念高度契合,要求高职英语教师向“双师型”教师转型。在阐述新文科教育理念内涵的基础上,明晰高职院校“双师型”英语教师专业发展的应然目标,剖析高职英语教师在学科知识结构、教育教学模式、教育技术运用等方面存在的不足及成因,从高职院校师资队伍建设的维度探讨“双师型”英语教师建设的实现路径。 The concept of new liberal arts education poses a new challenge to the training and teaching of foreign language talents,and also provides a new opportunity for the professional development of English teachers.The realistic needs of English teaching in higher vocational colleges are highly in line with the development concept of new liberal arts,which requires English teachers in higher vocational colleges to transform into“double-qualified”teachers.On the basis of expounding the connotation of new liberal arts education concept,this paper clarifies the objective of professional development of“double-qualified”English teachers in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the shortcomings and causes of English teachers in subject knowledge structure,teaching mode and application of educational technology,and discusses the realization path of the construction of“double-qualified”English teachers from the perspective of teachers'construction in higher vocational colleges.
