摘要
《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》(以下简称《家庭教育促进法》)将构建覆盖城乡的家庭教育指导服务体系作为一项重要内容。与城镇地区相比,农村地区受到多种因素的制约,在推进家庭教育指导服务体系建设过程中还存在诸多问题。例如指导服务机构设置不健全,工作人员认知偏差;指导服务专业人才不足,有限的指导服务缺乏科学性;指导服务内容不适用,不能满足农村家长的实际需求等。为解决上述问题提出如下策略:利用多方资源优势,形成三方合作机制;提升服务指导人员水平,确保工作的科学性;建立合作互联平台,提升服务内容的系统性和针对性。以期为推进农村地区家庭教育指导服务工作的顺利开展,提升农村地区家庭教育工作质量提供有益的建议。
The Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the Family Education Promotion Law)regards the construction of a family education guidance service system covering urban and rural areas as an important content.Compared with urban areas,rural areas are constrained by a variety of factors,and there are still many problems in the process of promoting the construction of family education guidance service system.For example,the guidance service organization is not well set up,and the staff cognitive bias;Insufficient professionals in guidance services,and lack of scientific nature of limited guidance services;The content of guidance services is not applicable and cannot meet the actual needs of rural parents.In order to solve the above problems,the following strategies are proposed:using the advantages of multi-party resources to form a tripartite cooperation mechanism;Improve the level of service guidance personnel to ensure the scientific nature of work;Establish a cooperative interconnection platform to improve the systematization and pertinence of service content.In order to provide useful suggestions for promoting the smooth development of family education guidance services in rural areas and improving the quality of family education in rural areas.
