中国隐形冠军能力进阶路径研究--以美亚光电为例

Research on the Advanced Path of China’s Hidden Champion Capability——Taking Meiya Optoelectronic as an Example Wu Yishuang

VUCA时代,我国制造业面临的“卡脖子”问题愈发突出,亟需在国内培育更多高质量发展的隐形冠军企业。采用探索性单案例分析方法,从企业能力视角出发,基于“情境—认知—行动—能力”的理论逻辑构建分析框架,研究隐形冠军企业如何更新管理者认知、突破主导逻辑依赖并实现核心能力进阶。研究发现,深耕研发阶段,技术研发的主导逻辑促使隐形冠军企业不断拼凑及整合相关技术资源,打破国外技术垄断并成功在细分行业站稳脚跟;业务拓展阶段,业务多元的主导逻辑推动隐形冠军不断进行核心技术延伸,横向拓宽应用场景;生态协同阶段,生态发展的主导逻辑促使企业数字平台化、构建联盟组合以共享资源,同时积极进行数字化赋能,实现“一专多能”。

In the era of VUCA,the problem of“bottleneck of core technology”facing China’s manufacturing industry has become increasingly prominent,and it is urgent to build more invisible champion enterprises with sustainable and high-quality development in China.Based on the theoretical logic of“situation-cognition-action-capability”,this study constructs an analysis framework from the perspective of enterprise competence by using an exploratory single-case analysis method,and studies how invisible champions enterprises update the managers’cognition,break through the dominant logic dependence,and achieve the progression of core competence.It is found that the dominant logic of technology research and development encourages the hidden champion enterprise to take technology oriented,gather together relevant technical resources,break the foreign technology monopoly and successfully gain a firm foothold in the subdivision industry,and complete the“deep holes”.In the stage of business development,the dominant logic of business diversification promotes the hidden champion enterprises to extend the core technology continuously,and broaden the application scenarios horizontally.In the stage of ecological coordination,the dominant logic of ecological development encourages enterprises to share digital resources,and realize“one specialization and multiple capabilities”.
