Food safety is a major issue related to the stable development of China’s economy and society,and it is necessary to strengthen its supervision and management.Food inspection and testing technology is a key technology for conducting food safety supervision and inspection,and the management level of testing units reflects the overall strength of the unit.The quality of testing personnel,the use of instruments and equipment,the use of samples to be tested,the use of reagent consumables,the use of operating procedures,the discharge of“three wastes”in testing,and the use of fire equipment are all the main work contents of testing units.Strengthening laboratory management is not only related to the accuracy of inspection results,but also to the health of inspection personnel and their surrounding environment.10S is an effective means for enterprises to conduct on-site management during the production process.This article analyzes some problems that arise in the management of food testing laboratories,and provides a detailed discussion on the application of 10S management in laboratory on-site management.It is hoped that it can have certain reference significance for further improving the level of laboratory management.
