Analysis and Suggestion on Reasons of Excessive Use of Anion Synthetic Detergent for Tableware

阴离子合成洗涤剂作为洗洁精的主要成分,如果在洗涤过程中未被充分冲洗干净而残留在复用餐饮具表面,就会经由食物接触进入人体内,长年累月蓄积很可能会对人们健康产生危害。监管部门每年都会对餐饮行业复用餐饮具的卫生安全性进行检测,但是复用餐饮具阴离子合成洗涤剂不合格的现象还是常有发生。本文分析了复用餐饮具阴离子合成洗涤剂超标的原因,并提出了几点建议。

Anionic synthetic detergent,as the main component of detergent,will enter the human body through food contact if it is not fully washed in the washing process and remains on the surface of reuse tableware,and it is likely to be harmful to people’s health if it is accumulated for many years.Every year,the regulatory authorities will test the hygiene and safety of reuse tableware in the catering industry,but the phenomenon of unqualified anionic synthetic detergent for reuse tableware still often occurs.This paper analyzes the reasons for the excessive use of anion synthetic detergent for tableware and puts forward some suggestions.
