摘要 茶叶作为全球范围内最受欢迎的饮品之一,拥有广泛的消费者群体。然而,茶叶中可能存在的农药残留问题引发了人们的广泛关注,这可能会对消费者的健康构成潜在威胁。为了确保茶叶的质量和安全,农药残留的检测工作变得至关重要。因此,本文探讨了茶叶中农药残留测定常用的前处理技术,通过选择适当的前处理技术,提高农药残留分析的准确性和可靠性,确保茶叶产品的质量和安全,减少农药残留带来的潜在风险,确保茶叶供应链中的每个环节都能满足国际质量标准,为茶叶生产者和监管机构提供更好地管理农药残留问题的建议,以满足茶叶消费者对安全和高质量产品的期望。 As one of the most popular drinks worldwide,tea has a wide range of consumers.However,there has been widespread concern about possible pesticide residues in tea,which could pose a potential threat to consumers’health.In order to ensure the quality and safety of tea,the detection of pesticide residues has become very important.Therefore,this paper discusses the commonly used pre-treatment technology for the determination of pesticide residues in tea.By selecting appropriate pre-treatment technology,the accuracy and reliability of pesticide residue analysis can be improved,the quality and safety of tea products can be ensured,the potential risks caused by pesticide residues can be reduced,and every link in the tea supply chain can meet international quality standards.Provide advice to tea producers and regulators on how to better manage pesticide residue issues to meet tea consumers’expectations for safe and high-quality products.
