碱渣的热分解特性及动力学分析

摘要 为探究碱渣在N2气氛下的热分解特性及动力学影响,获取TG-DTG-DTA同步热分析数据,分别在5、10、15和20℃·min^(-1)的升温速率下进行碱渣热分解反应。采用Kissinger法、FWO峰值转化率近似相等法以及FWO等转化率法分别对TG-DTG-DTA数据进行热分解动力学参数计算。结果表明,N2气氛下,4个升温速率下碱渣热分解动力过程均呈3个分解阶段。Kissinger法求得3个阶段分解活化能分别为41.34、109.05和166.72k J·mol^(-1);FWO等转化率法计算得到热分解平均活化能为105.41k J·mol^(-1)。 In order to investigate the thermal decomposition characteristics and kinetic effects of alkali slag under nitrogen atmosphere,TG-DTG-DTA simultaneous thermal analysis data were obtained,and the thermal decomposition reactions of alkali slag were carried out at the heating rates of 5,10,15 and 20℃·min^(-1),respectively.The kinetic parameters of TG-DTG-DTA were calculated by the Kissinger method,the FWO peak conversion approximation equivalence method and the FWO isoconversion method,respectively.The results showed that the thermal decomposition kinetic process of alkali slag under nitrogen atmosphere had three decomposition stages.The activation energies of the three stages were 41.34,109.05 and 166.72kJ·mol^(-1)by Kissinger method;the average activation energy of thermal decomposition was 105.41kJ·mol^(-1) calculated by the FWO and other conversion rate method.
