固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法同时检测水中5种塑化剂

Simultaneous determination of five plasticizers in water by solid phase extraction GC-MS

本文建立了固相萃取提取富集水样,气相色谱质谱法同时测定水中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯和邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯5种塑化剂的方法。5种塑化剂在标准系列浓度范围内呈现较好的线性关系,样品加标回收率为89.4%~104.7%,6次测试结果相对标准偏差均小于4%。本方法具有操作简便、有机试剂消耗少、灵敏度和准确度高等优点,适用于水中多种痕量塑化剂残留的分析。

A method for the simultaneous determination of five plasticizers including dimethyl phthalate,diethyl phthalate,din-butyl phthalate,diamyl phthalate and butyl phthalate in water was established by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The five plasticizers showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of standard series.The spiked recoveries of samples ranged from 89.4%to 104.7%.The relative standard deviations of the six test results were all less than 4%.This method has the advantages of simple operation,low consumption of organic reagents,high sensitivity and accuracy,and is suitable for the analysis of trace plasticizer residues in water.
