Protocol for evidence⁃based guidelines for the use of glucocorticoids in Duchenne muscular dystrophy

为了提高我国医师在治疗儿童进行性假肥大性肌营养不良中糖皮质激素使用的认识及规范化水平,国家区域医疗中心(西南)四川大学华西第二医院和四川省儿童医院发起并制订《糖皮质激素在进行性假肥大性肌营养不良中应用循证指南》。指南制订工作组将根据循证指南的制订原则和步骤开展指南制订工作,组建包括神经肌肉疾病、循证等领域的多学科专家团队。该计划书主要阐明了指南制订的目的、意义以及指南制订的完整流程。

To improve the understanding and standardization of glucocorticoid use in the treatment of children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy among physicians in China,Sichuan University West China Second University Hospital(a national regional medical center in Southwest China)and Sichuan Children's Hospital initiated and formulated the Evidence⁃based Guidelines for the Use of Glucocorticoids in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.The guideline development working group will carry out the guideline development work according to the principles and steps of evidence‐based guideline development,and form a multidisciplinary team of experts in the fields of neuromuscular diseases and evidence‐based medicine.The protocol mainly clarifies the purpose and significance of guideline development as well as the complete process of guideline development.
