摘要
原发性脑干出血(PBSH)是指原发于脑干组织内血管破裂引起的出血。虽然目前国内外对PBSH手术治疗研究报道众多,但是对于不同类型的PBSH手术治疗仍存在广泛争议。该文就PBSH的手术治疗目前的研究进展进行综述。
Primary brainstem hemorrhage(PBSH)refers to hemorrhage in the brainstem caused by vessel ruptures.Despite numerous domestic and international reports on surgical treatment for PBSH,surgery for different types of PBSH remains controversial.This article reviews current research progress in the surgical treatment of PBSH.
